Below are some basics for our virus decontamination processes.

For unoccupied buildings and equipment:

Broad spectrum, hospital-grade, green/chemical-free virucide/germicide.

• Delivery method:  ULV fogging

• Effective contact:  1 second

• Extended effectiveness: up to  4-6 days

For occupied buildings:

Proprietary blend of ingredients:  Alcohol base with concentrated peppermint.   Blend is infused with tea tree oil to prevent evaporation and guarantee a long-lasting effect (up to 6 days depending on conditions such as heat, humidity, etc.)

All high-risk areas (door knobs, communal areas, bathroom fixtures, etc.) are manually cleaned.

• Delivery method:  ULV fogging and hypoallergenic cloth

• Effective Contact:  30 seconds

• Extended effectiveness:  up to 4-6 days

For both occupied and unoccupied buildings, we treat all HVAC systems with and EPA registered air-quality formula to ensure elimination of airborne pathogens.
