Inspections

We do not charge for an inspection and in most cases, we can have one of our Licensed Assessors to your property within 48 hours.  They will conduct a comprehensive inspection of your entire property in order to ensure we have identified every area where moisture is present and determine the source.  When waterproofing/foundation issues are addressed and corrected properly the first time, it will help you avoid unnecessary repairs and create a healthier living space and could also help save on utility bills.
